MEET THE OWNERS
ANTHONY BOUADI
Anthony Bouadi is a Ghanaian based tourism practitioner and private day tour guide in Ghana,
who specializes in tours at the Cape Coast Slave Castle. Anthony’s early life was surrounded by
his close family along the Ivory Coast, and for the past ten years he has been dedicated to his
tourism company with the goal of connecting African Americans to the diaspora. Anthony is a
graduate of Takoradi Technical University, and holds a Bachelor's Degree of Technology in
Tourism management. His life’s work has been dedicated to educating people from all over the
world about the Trans Atlantic-Slave trade, and the rich history of Ghana and Africa. Some of
the celebrities and dignitaries he has served as a tour guide to at the Cape Coast Slave Castle
include, NAACP Officials, NFL Players, Miss Black USA 2023- Ariel Thompson, and the Premier
of Anguilla- Ellis Webster.
ALLYSON SCRUTCHENS
Allyson Scrutchens is a trailblazer for economic development and empowering others by providing
access to information, resources, and opportunities. She is the CEO of a multi six-figure
consulting and management company called Forward Planning that has been working with
businesses, corporations, nonprofits and politicians in the areas of strategic development, events,
fundraising and economic development since 2014. Allyson became a self-published Author in
2017 with the release of her book How To Be An Entrepreneur 101, and has taught hundreds of
individuals entrepreneurship across the country with many mentees that she serves globally. She
received a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Allyson is a prosperous Serial Entrepreneur, Author, Filmmaker and Creative Producer based in
Chicago, IL.
